Refund policy

Items can not be returned under the term of not liking the product aesthetically.

If the item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us at @eggcat.studio@gmail.com to arrange better help for you. This claim must be made with in 30 days of purchase of the item unless otherwise signified (in the event that an item takes longer than 30 days to arrive, 10 days after arrival will be put in place to claim an item broken or damaged).

EggCat doesn't take responsibility for missing or lost packages. Please keep an eye on tracking details. In the event of a missing package, we will contact postal providers to get adequate assistance to locate the item.
