Shipping policy

As each item is handmade, delays are possible. I will do my best to finish all items with in 1 week. In the even of delays, customers will be notified accordingly.

After items are handed over to postal providers for delivery, EggCat is not longer liable/responsible for the package. Any issues during delivery need to be expressed to the postal provider. In the even of missing parcels, EggCat will additionally contact the postal service responsible for the package's delivery to obtain more information to mend the issue.
